Clean store fast service easy parking and access
Typical McDonald's it's a new build one so everything is updated compared to some. Great staff, fast service and orders always spot on. Only problem I would say is the loads they have what the kitties ones play on are on one of the higher tables with the big high backless stools, so very easy for a little one to far off onto the hard tiled floor. If it wasn't for that I would of happily gave 5*
Brilliant, as always. 18.88 for four meals with hot and cold drinks as well. Very impressed.
Staff forgot to ask if I wanted any dips with the box of 20 chicken nuggets. I called them when I got home, they offered to give me them if I came back.Obviously I would not do that, as the food would be cold by the time I drove back, and then returned home.I suggested they could bring the dips to me, but they could not.They then gave me a code, which apparently will replace the box of chicken nuggets next time I visit, but not the rest of the order.The appalling service and attitude completely ruined my appetite, so the food went in the bin.Ironically, I have been reading the book written by the McDonald's founder Ray Croc, who seemed to care about customer service. He must be turning in his grave!Whoever is the manager of this branch needs to be fired.
Probably the best McDonald's I've been to in the local area, staff are a lot more friendly and helpful than in other stores.I once went in late at night and they made a mistake on my order, but sorted it quickly with a few extras, which always helps.
