Went to practice today for my daughter to collect prescriptions for my grandsons a 2year old and one 8weeks the male receptionist was rude uncaring and asking my daughter questions about why she needed more of what was prescribed last week simple maths items used what gives him the right to make her explain nothing to do with him or so I would think am I wrong awful attitude but I'm sure the manager is aware of this due to the reviews I have red think it's time the top people got involved but I'm sure they won't staffing changes or training needed now out of the receptionist there only 2 of them good at there job both female that's my view on to days visit shocking last bit got there for 4.20 pm left at 5.10 4.30 was arranged time if i was that late for appointment would have been turned away then spend hours trying to ring for appointment finally getting through then to be told nothing available for weeks on end the place is a joke
I've been using the Woodbridge Practice for several years now, and despite possible manning issues, the staff I have dealt with have always been extremely professional, helpful and provided any advice or assistance that I've requested, sometimes at very short notice. You all do a GREAT job!!Far too many people are to quick to criticise the health profession and blame individuals. Be thankful that you get an appointment at all.
If you,ve had a bad day being ill, why not try making an appointment at the Woodbridge Practice. You will be treated with the upmost contempt you deserve for having the audasity to even think you could in the first place.
appointment this morning after been in hospital total waste. doctor asked what she could do if she doesnt know whats wrong with me. asked if i could have prostrate checked she asked what for. Isnt it all over the media that men have this checked not sure if i can name the doc but it was dr gill.
Think its time someone pushed to get this practice closed. The reception staff are unprofessional and rude. The doctors are that rushed they are unable to spend time to do there jobs properly. Waiting times are not accurate so make sure you dont have plans that day. Not a personal service you would expect from a doctors more like fast food service. Things need to change before a petition is started!!!
