Great store staff are very nice and welcoming they allow you to enjoy the store then if needed will assist you with any purchases. Great work.
29 Delivery charge, in stock item, promised delivery as about 2 weeks. Now been told we are able to deliver at the earliest, 3 weeks after taking payment! 3 weeks for an in stock item?!?!? No thought of trying to improve it. Poor customer service, expensive delivery cost and over promised and under delivered. Plenty of room for improvement. Just be aware when ordering from this company.We will see what the product is like when actually delivered...guessing it will be another story altogether.
Went for early lunch in Chadwicks coffee shop,must have timed it right-no queuing. Food , coffee and service fantastic. A credit to the owners. Well worth a visit over chain restaurants.
If you're used to the usual hard-sell, B&S are a bit laid back. They let you wander and will leave you to browse if you prefer. Not always the cheapest, but we bought a suite cheaper than a big furniture chain. This is my third suite from B&S. The others all lasted well, so optimistic.
Great quality and choice. Staff are helpful and we're great with my daughter, allowing her to play with the cuddly toys in the children's room display. Also telling her that the shop was closing in order for us to get her to leave
