Would of been 5 stars but left my oil filler cap off on my engine.
Just had my vw t5 in the garage due to electrical problems. from the off the customer service was fantastic. mega polite and easy to talk to, make you feel welcome and important. The van had been in roughly 3 hours before the first update (fantastic). Moving forward the updates where regular and the information provided throughout the whole process was valid and clear (not fabricated). A routine health check was undertaken and i was made aware of the findings. Work carried out was professional and was complete within 3 days. A courtesy car was provided to me allowing me to work while the van was being repaired (this is invaluable). work was complete, i was made aware and i returned with the courtesy car. i was taken through the work and given the invoice. price was already discussed over the phone in every update. keys where handed in, my keys where given back, i payed and it was easy as that. definitely recommend and will return in the future.Alex
I needed 2 new tyres and chose Vasstech as they are opposite where I work.I was welcomed by very helpful Reception staff who gave me a great quote and booked the car in for the next day.The garage looks spotlessly clean and they even offered to drop my car back at work when it was ready.I would definitely recommend this garage. Came in to get a few fixes done that were recommended following a service at another garage. Phil conducted a health check and found a few other issues that the other garages had missed and fixed the already known issues on the same day. Great customer service, same day turnaround (including ordering parts) and at a competitive price. I'll be coming back to them for all future work on both my car and my partners and would strongly recommend them to all in the area.
